This is my 5th week as a non smoker and I'm feeling good! I keep rereading my motivations to quit sheet and have found a solution for real tricky situations like parties. I step outside and chew on a Turtle ( eaten 6 to date)

Drink losts of water after smoke have a 2lt next to you when you smoke it help

i usually try to go for a walk because the more i keep busy the easier it is, as soon as i am bored i tend to think about smoking the other way is to avoid people who are smoking this can interfere with your trying to quit.

Well day 8 for me and so far so good...feel better, smell better and happier! Best trick for me has been delicious Gala apples and lots of water! You can do it Canada...lets Butt Out together!
